session FAQ’s

Everything you need to know before booking!

• Sessions are priced for One subject only unless discussed and approved in advance.

• Any additional subject included in the photographs will require an additional $100 fee, regardless of age.

• Children are welcome to attend sessions at no additional cost, HOWEVER, the selected location for MOBILE SESSIONS must provide a safe and STATIONARY environment.

• If a child is included in the photographs, they are considered an additional subject and will require an additional $100 fee, regardless of age.

• The photographer is not responsible for supervising children during the session.

• When children are present, a separate supervising adult is recommended to ensure the session runs smoothly and safely.• All subjects to be photographed must be disclosed prior to the session.

• Clients must arrive on time.

• Late arrival reduces shooting time and does not extend the session beyond the scheduled duration.

• Sunset or time-sensitive sessions cannot be delayed due to late arrival.

• Clients safety, photographer safety, and equipment security are always prioritized.

  • • Mobile Sessions are available in Baltimore and surrounding areas only.

    • Sessions are designed for efficiency and are limited in time and setup.

    • A safe and legal parking space must be available at the session location to accommodate a large vehicle.

    • Parking should allow adequate space, visibility, and minimal traffic interference.

    • If appropriate parking is not available, the session will be conducted at the nearest safe and approved location.

    • In these cases, the client may be asked to ride in the passenger seat while relocating to ensure safety and efficiency.

    • Children may NOT be transported in the mobile studio vehicle under any circumstances.

    • If relocation is required for the session and a chid is present , the client is responsible for safely accompanying the child to the nearest approved location

    •If safe relocation on foot is not possible or appropriate parking cannot be secured, the session may be rescheduled or passed until proper parking becomes available.

    • Client, people, and photographer safety, and equipment security are always prioritized.

  • • Locations must be discussed and approved prior to booking.

    • Final location must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

    • Last-minute location changes may result in additional travel fees or require rescheduling.

    • Sessions may take place outdoors or at approved public or private properties with proper permission.

    • Clients are responsible for securing any required permits, reservations, or property access approvals before the session date.

    • Failure to obtain proper authorization may result in relocation or cancellation.

    • Travel within Baltimore areas is included.

    • Additional travel beyond the Baltimore area may require a travel fee for transportation.

    • Sessions are weather-dependent.

    • In the event of unsafe weather conditions, sessions may be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion.

    • Public locations may include foot traffic, bystanders, or environmental interruptions.

    • The photographer is not responsible for public interference, background distractions, or elements outside of reasonable control.

    • The photographer reserves the right to decline or discontinue shooting at any location deemed unsafe, disruptive, or unsuitable.

    • Clients are responsible for wearing appropriate attire and footwear for the selected environment.

    • The photographer is not liable for injuries related to terrain, weather, or environmental conditions.

  • • Professional Studio Sessions are held in rented or commercial studio spaces and must be booked at least 7 days in advance to secure availability.

    • Studio availability is subject to demand and may vary based on scheduling.

    • Session pricing includes studio rental time only for the booked duration.

    • Late arrival will reduce available shooting time and will not extend the session beyond the reserved rental window.

    • Overtime requested during the session is subject to studio availability and additional hourly rental fees.

    • Sessions are priced for up to 2 subjects unless discussed and approved in advance.

    • Any additional subject included in the photographs requires an additional $100 fee, regardless of age.

    • Studio capacity limits must be respected at all times.

    • Excess attendees not involved in the session may be asked to wait outside or leave the premises.(depending on studio rules)

    • Clients are responsible for adhering to all studio rules and policies during the rental period.

    • Any damages to studio property caused by the client or their guests are the client’s financial responsibility.
